Screen Description
Splash Screen

Splash Screen: You will see the splash screen both before and after login, it performs the following functions:

  • Verify Database Tables: Ensure that the database tables are in working order.
  • Repair Database Tables: If the tables are not in working order, they are automatically repaired. (This is not typical, but can occur if the software is installed to a thumb drive and it is removed improperly, or there is a power failure which causes the database to be improperly closed.)
  • Backup Database Tables: When a backup is performed, the splash screen will appear to show the backup progress.
  • Restore Database Tables: When a database restore is performed, the splash screen will appear to show the restoration progress.
Login Screen

Login Screen: Before you can view your usernames and passwords, you must login first.

  • The default Username is “Admin”, and the Password is “123456”. Both, the username and password are case sensitive.
  • If five incorrect Username/Password combinations are entered the software will be placed into “Penalty” for 15 minutes after the last incorrect code entry. While in penalty, neither valid or invalid codes will be accepted. Penalty will be indicated at the bottom of the login screen.
  • If the program is shut down and restarted while in penalty, it will remain in penalty until the 15 minutes has passed. When the program is restarted, the Login Screen will indicate tamper until the valid Username/Password combination is entered. This is to alert the program owner that someone has attempted to access their program.
  • If a password has been entered, but the submit button is not pressed within 30 seconds (of no detected activity) , the password is automatically cleared.
